An Example of a Detailed Construction Estimate

The following is an example of a construction estimate on a kitchen remodel. It is used to show various aspects of an professional estimate. Features to note: Each item is a "coded" specification ... all 17 specification classes are not needed on every project; --- materials or methods needing a special instruction are recorded right on the estimate; --- the "Total" column and "Price" column demonstrate markup; --- While this estimate was taken from an actual project "Material" and "Labor" amounts may not necessarily reflect current costs.
